Travel to Jamaica with a Criminal Conviction
Foreign nationals wishing to travel to Jamaica, but who have a criminal record must provide the following documents via e-mail to the Consulate at JA.Consul.SJ@gmail.com.

Email indicating the intended purpose of travel, length of stay and place of stay in Jamaica

Scanned copy of passport biodata page (should be valid for at least six months post travel)

Court Document detailing the offence as well as the sentenced received

Letter from probation officer granting release to travel (if applicable)
The Consulate will submit the documents on your behalf via e-mail to the relevant authorities in Jamaica for a review and a decision. Once a decision is taken (typically 5-10 days), the Consulate will be advised and we will inform you accordingly.
